1. A minimum deposit of 50% is due to secure the date of your order. Effective January 1, 2014, deposits are due a full 2 weeks prior to date of event to secure date. Remaining amount is due no later than 1 week prior to event. -all deposits are fully non-refundable. Remaining balance (no greater than 50%) may or may not be refunded after a decision is made after reviewing the details of the order, determined by amount of supplies and resources used. Absolutely no refund will be issued if event/order is cancelled without 14 days' notice. -if remaining balance after deposit is not paid by the deadline, your order may be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. If your remaining balance is paid late, you may be subject to a late fee.
2. By verifying a pickup time and location, you have agreed to pickup your order or have your order delivered at this exact time, date and location. If item(s) are not picked up or unable to be delivered (outside of any liability or issues with delivery caused by Let Them Eat Cake Detroit, LLC) within 5 minutes of arranged time, you will be subject to a late fee of $1 per minute, as well as the possibility of not being able to pickup said order that day. Order can only be picked up or delivered once late fees are paid in full.
3. Any stands or other items must be returned within 2 days of rental date. If equipment is returned after the 2 days, a daily fee equal to the original rental fee will be incurred and due immediately.
4. All deposits/payments must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. If payment is not received in this time frame, your order will be cancelled. No order will be filled without complete payment made in advance, and payment must be made within the aforementioned time frame.
